The usual IC Capture error message is "camera is in live mode, but does deliver images".

The older USB 2.0 CCD cameras do not run at the highest frame rate when connected to Intel USB 3 controllers. This is a compatibility problem that is not solved because the cameras are no longer being developed. Please use a lower frame rate.
